When do I need to pay for my tickets?

Two payment options either pay immediately by credit card/paypal or request an invoice if you operate in the travel trade industry, we operate a 4 week before departure date payement scheme.

When will I receive my tickets?

If you have paid immediately online you will receive an email with your ticket information.

How do I cancel a booking I have just made online?

Can I add people to my group?

Yes, you can amend your booking up to 48 hours before your travel date,  Monday – Friday only.
